Meet Jessica Jones, founder and senior travel advisor based in Austin, Texas. I transitioned from a successful business career to pursue my true passion—helping others experience the world through travel. Travel has always been close to my heart. I've walked the rooftops of Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar, sat feet away from a silverback gorilla in Uganda, swum with whale sharks in La Paz, and soared over ancient Mexican ruins in a hot air balloon. Surfing in Bocas del Toro, Panama, touring Rome in a vintage Rolls Royce, and picnicking at a bull farm in southern Spain with a Grammy-winning opera singer are moments I deeply cherish. While these experiences were incredible, what truly enriched my journeys were the people I met and the cultures I immersed myself in. Every trip deepened my appreciation for the world's diversity and the connections we share. I firmly believe that travel is an investment - emotionally, financially, and in enriching our lives. My greatest passion is creating bespoke travel experiences for my clients, ensuring that every trip is a valuable and deeply personal endeavor. On a personal note, I’ve had the joy of sharing my love for travel with my now-teenage children, who have explored the world alongside me. I’ve always said, “We only have 18 summers before they create their own adventures.” I cherish every moment we’ve had together and am dedicated to helping my clients create similar priceless memories with their own families. Because life is short, I believe in making the most of every moment and every journey.

A graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in global hospitality leadership, I value immersive experiences and connecting with locals wherever I travel, to see humanity through many different lenses, and enjoy helping others do the same.
With a lifelong passion for exploration, I am transforming my love for travel into a meaningful career. From my early family trips to volunteering in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico as a teen, and the adventures of backpacking across the Sierra Nevada Mountains during college, each experience has enriched my understanding of diverse cultures and landscapes. Having journeyed through over 17 countries, I cherish memories like swimming with manta rays in Hawaii, the scenic beauty of road tripping across Italy, motorbiking through the lush jungles of Thailand, and experiencing the warmth of local homestays in the Philippines. Assisting Jessica Jones at Journey Elite Travel has been an enriching learning experience to the business side of travel. This role is introducing me to the art of crafting elevated travel experiences that promise unique and memorable journeys for every traveler.
